Mobile disk skimming

The skimming process will return your brakes to ex-factory condition. The process matches the disc to the hub. In other words, if there is the slightest run-out in the hub the skimming process will take care of this and correct it by automatically compensating for it.

Brake discs should be resurfaced when

• There is brake vibration or shudder
• Discs are corroded, rusty or warped
• Brake pads are changed but new discs are not necessary
• Brakes feel spongy

Flywheels should be resurfaced when

• There is clutch vibration or shudder
• Clutch is slipping
• When noise is coming from the flywheel when clutch pedal is depressed (clutch kit needed)
• Hydrolic fluid is leaking from the bell housing (clutch kit needed)
• Clutch pedal feel spongy
